3. Academic Integrity

By using this Service, you agree to adhere to our Honor Code. You explicitly agree NOT to use Physics AI Solver to:

  • Cheat on exams, quizzes, or standardized tests.
  • Submit AI-generated solutions as your own original work without proper citation.
  • Facilitate academic dishonesty in any educational institution.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that demonstrate patterns of academic dishonesty.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer the Neuro-Symbolic engine or scrape data from our database.
  • Uploading malicious content, including viruses or images unrelated to physics problems.
  • Using the Service to generate content that promotes illegal acts or violence.
  • Automating queries (bots) without API authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, code, and the “Neuro-Symbolic” algorithm are the property of Physics AI Solver and are protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the original content (e.g., homework images) you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physics AI Solver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Physics AI Solver is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
